Mr Nditsheni Dylan Tshithavhani is a Chartered Accountant (SA), Registered Auditor (RA), BCom (Univen), BComHons/CTA (UKZN) and the founding partner of AGAPE.

Mr Tshithavhani completed his training contract with SizweNtsaluba VSP in December 2007. During his years in financial services he has audited some of the largest corporations in South Africa such as the South African Reserve Bank and Stanlib including state institutions such as the Unemployment Insurance Fund.

Mr Tshithavhani was formely an Audit Manager at SizweNtsaluba VSP in December 2007.

AGAPE was formed in 2007, primarily as a business consultancy and advisory firm. The audit services were subsequently added to the suite of services. The history of AGAPE dates back twelve years ago. The establishment of the firm was a clearly bold statement at the time, and was not an opportunistic response to favourable business conditions. Undoubtedly, the democratic dispensation of South Africa, and the establishment of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) legislation, has provided immense opportunities to the firm and other black owned business establishments.

All our staff are professionally recruited and trained, before allowing them to service the clients and are Provided with the relevant tools and technology to enable them to work efficiently.
